How do I receive hotfix notifications?

My boss is receiving hotfix notifications for our D2L account, and I also need to receive them.

    Thank you for reaching out! Based on our documentation, only your institution's Approved Support Contact can log a support case and receive hotfix notifications. I recommend reaching out to your D2L Customer Success Manager to escalate the request.
