Wh does the side bar on Brightspace looks empty for me?

Other users on the platform (same organization) do not have this issue; the side bars do actually show them content and sections. Not a general issue. I tried simple solutions such clearing the cash, using other browsers, nothing worked.  Any insights please?

Can you please open a support case with us by providing the below information,

* Name of the course where you are unable to see the Content topics sidebar appear/load
* Permission to impersonate your account and access the course to see the issue

}

Hi @Elhem.H.9259,

Have you checked the permissions for your role in the course where this is occurring? Is there content in the course?

If you Add a Module, does that content then appear for you or does it disappear also?
