Hi @Elijah.B.864
Thanks for posing your question to the Community!
Are you referring to a Survey which a learner has responded to in Brightspace, or a link to an external survey/form (e.g., Microsoft Forms)?
If you are referring to a Survey in Brightspace, here are my responses to your questions:

Hi @Natasha.B.837
I can do a Survey instead of a Form, if that's better.
Do you know how I can download that Survey Completion Report instead of just viewing it?
In step 5 of the instructions for View a survey report, you would have to click Generate CSV or Generate Excel to get the data in a downloaded format. If you select Generate HTML, a visualization of the data is displayed with a Print Report option at the top of the page, enabling you to print the HTML version of the report to PDF.
Alternatively, you could share the results of the survey with the participants from within Brightspace. They would then see the HTML version of the report.
Thank you!! I already knew this way, however, the generated survey reports are always scattered and difficult to read. That's why I was hoping the "Completion Summary" could be downloaded- as it is much easier to review a summary with bar graphs and percentages than excel sheets. Is this possible?
You're welcome!
The Completion Summary (which you can view when you select Statistics from the drop-down list alongside the survey name) is not downloadable. However, if you create a Summary Report for the survey, and then generate the HTML version of it, it displays the same information as you see in the Completion Summary from statistics (see 2025-01-22 Summary Report.png attached). You can print that to PDF, which is effectively downloading the report with the bar graphs (see 2025-01-22 Print Summary Report.png attached).

YES!!!! This is what I needed! Hahaha
Thank you so much!
Follow up question- Do you know how to create a Survey Template that can be applied to several courses?
Happy to hear that solved your problem 😃
I recommend creating a master course offering (i.e. a course offering which acts as a template for items you want to reuse across courses) which contains your survey. You can then use the Import Export Copy Components function to copy the survey from your master course offering to the course in which you want to add the survey.
