Do all registered students receive announcements or notification of announcements?

    Hello Jeffrey,

    All registered students will see an announcement in the Announcement tool or widget, providing the announcement isn't hidden via release conditions.

    Notifications are managed by the individual, so it depends on if the student has chosen to receive announcement notifications or not.
