Discussions - Error Message

Good morning,

I have students who have shared they are not able to reply to discussions and receive an “Internal Error” message.

I viewed the discussion as a leaner, and I am able to start a new thread under the discussion.

All students are assigned to a group.

Are there any other possible barriers to the students replying to a thread that I can resolve?
