Hi @Stella.D.660 Thanks for reaching us through the community! We have not encountered any recent issues with the Survey tool that would prevent users from accessing it. If users are unable to access a specific survey, I recommend verifying the Availability dates, Release Conditions, and Special Access settings. If some users are encountering an error while accessing the survey, please advise them to disable any active VPN connections and attempt to access it using a different browser. If the issue persists, further investigation may be required. Could you please submit a support case with the survey details and the affected user names for further assistance?
