I have 2 course one of them the students cannot see their course average but in the other they cannot. The Grade setup wizard is identical in both courses.
Hello @Darren.D.240, thank you for your question! It seems that it could be related to your Grades tool settings. To ensure that students can see their course overage, you can check these 2 things: Make sure that final grades are released. https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/1715-manage-final-grades . There's a discussion that I've found that says you may need to do this manually even if you had checked the box to automatically release them, and the box must be checked before you enter any grades or it won't actually work.
You can also check how the Final grade calculation are being displayed. There is a similar discussion that discussed what it does, and hopefully, it could help answer your concern!
If these are set up correctly and students still can’t see the course average, let us know for further troubleshooting.
