Why is Intelligent agent is not picking up one student?
I am using Intelligent agent to give the students a congratulation email for getting 100% on a quiz. I had 7 get 100% When the agent ran it only picked up 6 of them. I am wondering if anyone has any ideas?

Hello @Darren.D.240, it's possible that the Intelligent Agent didn't pick up the seventh student due to specific criteria settings or timing issues (Agent Criteria Settings, Timing of Agent Run, Student Enrollment Status, etc).
If this issue persists and becomes a recurring problem, I recommend raising a support ticket through your organization’s IT helpdesk. They can escalate the matter to D2L's support team to investigate any potential system-related issues or bugs affecting the Intelligent Agent functionality.

Thank you for the thoughts. The issue ended up being the Instructor was reusing the Agent so when one student had already received 100% it would not pick them up the second time
