Simplifying the view of award release conditions
In the badge description, I've mentioned that learners earn the badge upon completing all the units in the course. This should be sufficient information for users. However, the padlock symbol currently displays a detailed list of all 6 topics, making it long and text-heavy, which detracts from the user experience.
Is there a way to simplify this display, so it remains informative but less cluttered?

Hi @Dani.L.3848
Thanks for posting your question to Brightspace Community!
Could you attach and send a screenshot of the padlock with the detailed list of the 6 topics?
Also, please let us know what role (e.g. Instructor / Student) sees this. This information will help us to help you 🙂
Thanks!

Hi Natasha,
Apologies, here's the screenshot. I am unsure of what role I am set as, however when I 'view as student' the view remains the same.
Let me know if you need any more details.

Thanks for sending that screenshot, @Dani.L.3848. You're seeing the Learner Awards Widget (see more here: ) on the course homepage.
I can see that it does appear text heavy when you have multiple conditions associated with earning the badge. Although the Learner Awards Widget can be customized so that it displays learners with either the highest Number of Awards or Credits appearing at the top, it cannot be customized to remove the conditions associated with earning the badges. I would suggest that either the award description, award criteria or just the number of conditions that learners must meet should be displayed in this widget.

I can't log in to vote for that idea, but thanks for answering my question. I will go back to our LMS team to try and see what other options we can use for the release conditions and maybe remove the additional descriptions.
