Could you please confirm whether you have been unenrolled from these courses in BrightSpace? To verify this, click on the waffle icon at the top right corner of the page and search through your list of courses. If you still see the courses for which you are no longer an instructor, it’s possible this may be causing the issue, and you will need to be unenrolled from them.
If you do not see the courses listed within the course selector, I think it would be a good idea to have a support agent take a closer look at things.
Your first step is to connect with your school or organization’s Help Desk to create a support request.
If you’re not sure how to do this, email us at questions@community.d2l.com with the name of your school or organization and we can provide the contact details.
If you are the ASC/ Admin for your Organization, please refer to our documentation for how to log a Support case or request, and a member of our Support team will be happy to assist you.

I am unenrolled as a teacher from these courses, but I am still a designer for all courses at our school. I have had courses transfer before with no issues. This is something recent. It has been confirmed that for these courses I was enrolled as designer, the course transferred to me so then enrolled as a teacher, course was transferred away from me so then unenrolled as a teacher, then enrolled as a designer.
