SCORM MC question grades not consistently being recorded in gradebook

I am using SCORM questions embedded in my lectures for the first time. Grades are being recorded inconsistently - some students have no problems with any of the lectures, whereas others are receiving grades for some but not all lectures. I imagine this has to mean that students are doing/not doing something that is causing this issue, but it is impossible for me to problem solve as the instructor because my grades are never bein g recorded. Any ideas?

    Hi Sarah.R,

    Best to connect with your institutions online administration/support team to investigate the issue. If necessary they can raise a support case with the D2L Support team to look at the individual SCORM content items in your course and provide a resolution.

    I'd also recommend reviewing the following SCORM resource to make sure your SCORM content has been added into the course using the new SCORM solution just to eliminate this as a possible issue. See https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/5387-import-and-manage-scorm
