Quiz grades won't publish

I have a quiz that has been graded and it won't publish to the gradebook. I have verified the quiz is linked to the grade book, all attempts are graded, the settings for the quiz are correct (auto-publish and sync to gradebook), and I have manually published and exported grades to gradebook and they still won't appear. There are no restrictions to the item in the gradebook either.
In the grade quiz area, the column for "Score" is correct, but the column "Grade" is blank and only shows "-".

Hi Joseph - this doesn't sound right. Did you link the quiz to the gradebook after the grades were published on the quiz? That is usually the case when this happens. Otherwise, it is difficult to help you without more information. I'd suggest you contact support so we can dig into why this is happeneing.

No, I linked the quiz to the gradebook before the course was published and before any students submitted it. I have contacted my institutions IT to find out exactly what is going on.
