Hello
Does anyone know if its possible to set a rule to automatically unenroll a learner or a group of learners on a certain date e.g. when they have completed a test or exam?

I believe that is possible using an Intelligent Agent.
this documentation describes the permissions you'll need to auto-unenroll learners and how to create an intelligent agent that enrols/unenrolls based on the criteria you set.I recommend using the "practice run" feature in the Intelligent Agent Tool to run a mini test to see if your criteria are having the impact you expected ex. is this the number of people I expected to unenroll?
