Bongo Virtual Classroom Integration with D2L Brightspace

Is there a way that we can restrict the access of Bongo Virtual Classroom meetings to invited instructors only? It works for students in a sense that only invited students will see the meeting when they click on the Virtual Classroom, but for instructors it's not the same. All instructors inside the same course can see all meetings regardless if they were invited or not.

For context, all of our instructors who are teaching the same course are using only one course offering and we're just using Sections so that they won't accidentally see the other class' information.

Best to open a support case with the D2L Support team to discuss the issue.

You can request Custom Role Mapping for Bongo (seperate from the IMS Configuration role mapping) through D2L Support. See article linked below. After making this change, I am unsure if when you sync the class roster you'll get the same option to invite instructors in the same way as you can invite learners. The Support team will be able to confirm this with you.
