How do you set up a weighted Rubric?

I have a Math assignment worth 25 points and I wanted to set up a weighted KTCA rubric that allows me to compute the percentage grade like this:
Category 1: Knowledge - 5 points worth 25%
Category 2: Thinking - 5 points worth 25%
Category 3: Communication - 5 points worth 25%
Category 4: Application - 10 points worth 25%
Is there any way in Brightspace that I can do this?
