Can Creator+ Practice Questions be transported to my Question Library?
I was wondering if it was any way possible to have my practice questions that I create with Creator+ be transferred into the Question Library.

Unfortunately, the Question Library pre-dates Creator+ and/or the ability to insert practices. It houses questions to be used with our Quizzes tool, which is used for summative assessments.
Barring a purposefully built function to upload practice question to quizzes / question library, you could attempt to manually convert and import them into question library using the Quiz Question Converter, which can be used to prepare a csv file for importing quiz questions in bulk.
That said, I would encourage you search the Product Ideas Exchange (requires login to Brightspace Community) where you can upvote existing feature requests or create new ones of your own. Additionally, you can follow our D2L Product Roadmap to keep an eye on some of the areas and features we're currently working on.
