is it possible? to show me the steps of linking all competencies of my training program with competencies.

Hi. It is possible to create or upload a set of standards / competencies in Brightspace and link them to different activities in your course.
There are two tools that would allow you to do this. The newer tool, which I'd recommend, is called Outcomes. There's some information here:
You might not have access to these tools and settings, though. The people who look after Brightspace at your organisation have the ability to enable / disable these tools depending on what they have decided is best for how you use Brightspace, so you may need to reach out to your Brightspace administrators to get Outcomes enabled.
