I believe you are inquiring on how to see a total number of late assignments are found after an Intelligent Agent Run. This can be seen on the Intelligent Agent tool page under: "Results of Last Run". Here you can see which Identified Users met the release condition. For example, the Intelligent Agent may have a criteria/release condition of Assignments, No submission to folder.

Thank you for your response… but I don't think this particular fix will be able to assist me.
What I am trying to do is tally the total amount of late time accumulated on all assignments (with due dates) for each individual student for the semester (regardless of whether the assignments have been turned in or not).
