Good morning

I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has successfully implemented the Brightspace/Teams Course Connector (ShuffleExchange) integration. Specifically, who in your organisation creates the teams and is this done using the widget or by a Microsoft Teams administrator.

    Hi Marion, I wanted to jump in here to say that if you are having any trouble or need assistance with the Microsoft Teams connector, the best route for help is to connect with your institution's IT Help Desk and have them reach out to their Microsoft support contact. 😊

    Hi Marion,

    I am also experiencing the same issue. I have setup the configs in ShuffleLabs but havent been able to setup the Teams Course Connector as specified in this guide : https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/23776-brightspace-course-connector-for-microsoft-teams
    Have you done the setup already ?
