Do you identify your athletes in Brightspace to make it easier for instructors work around schedules

If you identify your athletes in Brightspace, how do you do that? Our Athletic Commission is asking for this and to attach the student athlete's game schedule for instructors to be aware and be better able to work around it. Solutions are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi Karen, this is such an interesting question! It might be a good idea to connect with your school's Admin team to see how a student's User Profile or Profile Card could be configured to show certain information for a student. Alternatively, perhaps adding a special profile picture for athletes, or a marker within the student's name or profile card to indicate that they are an athlete might be useful?

    This is certainly an interesting use case and I'd selfishly love if you shared back once your institution finds a creative solution!
