Sending a certificate of completion

Hi,

I am looking for advice on the best way to send a personalized certificate of completion that can be printed once someone has completed a final assessment quiz. I was thinking of using an intelligent agent, because I can add the student's personalized information using the replacement strings in the email, but I'm not sure how to format the certificate so that it can be printed.

Any ideas?

Hi Caroline,

This outcome is achieved by creating a certificate template, and adding it to the Awards > Certificate Templates area in a course offering (or at the Org level).

The following resource covers the steps to create the form and highlights the replace strings available to incorporate into the template. These replace string values dynamically pull in user, course and award information into the certificate when it is generated, and presented to the user.
