Sharing a rubric

I am able to export the rubric into the LOR and import the rubric into course content, but it isn't functional as a rubric. Can anyone tell me how to import a rubric for using in a course to grade?

Hi Tammy.
Make sure you are creating the rubrics with the Rubric Tool in Brightspace. Rubrics cannot be published to the LOR.

The rubric was created within Brightspace, we now need to the functional rubric to go out to other courses. Is there a way to do that?
