Sections

I am an admin for my college and one of our courses has sections enabled in enrollment, I have tried looking for the options available to disable the sections but I do not see the option anywhere? How can I open a support ticket to get this resolved? Or figure out how to do it myself?

    Thanks for reaching us through community!!

    You should have a option "Course has sections" in course offering information to disable.

    Navigate to course admin where all courses tools are listed to see this option.

    I do not see this option anywhere in the course offering information. I am missing a setting somewhere to allow me to see this setting?

    Hello @Tristen.B.469,

    If you are an admin, may I suggest you follow the below steps and see if the option is added:

    • Go to Admin Tools
    • Select Form Elements
    • Select Course Offering Info
    • Confirm if sections are selected
