There are several options to consider dependant on the tools you have available. Hopefully the following will give you some ideas.
At the course offering level you can create a formula based Grade Item to calculate/capture the Grade Point Average (GPA) based on your institutions definition for the GPA calculation and associated grading scheme. The course GPA values could be released back to the Learner/Student, and you can exclude them from a Final Grade/Adjusted Grade result if using these in your courses.
To aggregate the GPA result/GPA Grade Item values across the course offerings, or for an individual user, you'll need to leverage the Brightspace Datasets to build a report in particular combining the Users, Grade Results, and Organizational Units datasets to do so.
You can download and combine these datasets using Excel or a BI tool if available. From here you can use Excel of similar to calculate the Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) across the courses.
If your institution has the Insights Report Builder (IRB) you could use the IRB to create a report similar to that described above.
