Where to find the relationship between a questionnaire question and its response attachment

I am integrating the D2L API with an electronic document management platform, and to classify the document on this platform, I need to find the relationship between a question asked in a questionnaire and an attachment sent by the student as an answer to that question, where can I find it? this information? I was able to find the API endpoint that lists submissions from a specific questionnaire, but I didn't find one that lists the link between the question and the submission of the answer.

I am not sure if you used a survey or a quiz for your questionnaire.
