Sharing issued award externally

Hi, I just received an award, and there is no link to share it externally. How do I share it by creating a link, as there is no option other than sharing it internally?

    Hi Rupinder,

    The ability to share the award(s) externally is controlled by your institution. There is a configuration option that must be put it place by your Brightspace Administration team.

    What is required is outlined in the following Community resource https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/4336-set-up-awards

    Please share as required, alternatively as your Brightspace team to open a support case with the D2L Support team who can guide them through the change necessary to support sharing awards.
