Is it possible to give learners a set number of days/weeks to complete a quiz irrespective of when they have been enrolled? In other words, there is a rolling enrolment and every learner automatically gets the same number of days/weeks to complete the quiz. So, learners have different end dates based on when they were enrolled.

    Hi GP,

Thank you for reaching us through community!

At the moment, we don't have an option to set the end date on a quiz based on the user enrollment date in a course. If you wish you have this as a feature implemented, we recommend you to Open a PIE idea in community.

However, you can manually give the users some special access to take the quiz within a period of time.

Special Access: Makes the quiz available to select groups of learners or create individualized due dates and customize the timing settings for certain learners.

    1. Click Manage Special Access to set the conditions.
    2. Select one of the following options:
      • Allow selected users special access to this quiz
      • Allow only users with special access to see this quiz
    3. Click Add Users to Special Access.
    4. Specify PropertiesDue and Availability Dates.
    5. Set an Attempts option. If you select Override attempts allowed, you can select a number of attempts allowed from 1 to 10 and click the Apply button. If a number of attempts from 2 to 10 is applied, you can select optional Advanced Attempt Conditions. To restrict access to attempts, enter a minimum and maximum percentage (0 - 100) that needs to be achieved on the previous attempt to qualify for another attempt.
    6. Select users for Special Access.
    7. Click Save.
