Here are some actions we're taking:
- reorganization of Higher Education Instructor documentation is scheduled to be released in Q4
- Stay tuned for our Convos with Community: Pumpkin Spice Edition event where you can connect with a product expert who will answer your Gradebook related FAQ's
- Customer Enablement categorization got a revamp. Take a peek at how we've created 5 new subcategories to ensure you are posting your questions in the correct category.
- Gifs being added into more documentation. Check out an example to demonstrate Quiz timing improvements in our September Release Notes.

Totally hear you! Single sign was our first step to get us on the way to make that change. I don't have an exact ETA but I agree, and we've noted that feedback for our ongoing roadmap planning.
Please keep that feedback coming- it really is very helpful to make the change you want to see here in the Community.
