How to delete or archive a 'never-been-used' test course?

When we started with Brightspace, we inadvertently tested on our prod site instead of our test site. We subsequently have some false-starts we'd like to remove from our Admin view. Can anyone advise how we can best do this?

There are a few ways you may delete an org unit, however, best practice would be that you want to delete using the same methods you used to create it, which may include:

A) Deleting Org Units from the User Interface using Org Unit Editor

B) Deleting Org Units using our open API

C) Deleting Org Units using an integration (i.e. IPSIS)

Once deleted, the org unit will move to the Recycle Bin, accessible from Org Unit Editor, and from which you can restore. If you do not wish for the org unit to be recoverable from the user interface (recycle bin), you will want to then delete it from the Recycle Bin.

Finally, if you wish to purge all data associated with the org unit, including course files, you may wish to alternatively run the org unit through the Data Purge process.
