Did D2L deactivate the word count feature for Discussion Forums? Or did I imagine its existence? I swear I used to use it, and I don't see the feature right now.
Check with your Brightspace administrator to see if the d2l.Tools.Discuss.TextStats.DisplayWordCount config variable is set to ON. This is what allows the display of word count in discussions.
