Who makes the decision on which proposed new features get worked on? I see users who have offered their suggested improvements. Why is one suggestion worked on and implemented and other suggestions left hanging?

Good day John,
A number of factors go into building and releasing a feature including customer feedback (PIE is a great place to make your voice heard), research and studies, advisory groups, customers, conferences, here in the community and through your account manager. We have a 6 month roadmap that we follow and which is publicly available.
