@Claire.D.2, The removal of LastAccessed, FirstLoginDate from the Users BDS in Version 10 is really bad news for my institutions. The goal of eliminating 'redundancy with datasets around user logins and sessions' is appreciated, but those other data sets do not cover all use cases (primarily historical information or quick validation). The inclusion of 'LastAccessed' in July 2020 was a great benefit, that is now being removed. How can we ensure those high-value columns stay in place?

However, sections are typically used to organize students into distinct groups, which can be helpful for managing communications, assessments, and group-specific content.

This is an important question! The answer is no. While you might be confident that Brightspace can handle your needs, the increased usage of your LMS requires proactive steps. You must reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to inform them of your plans. I strongly suggest creating a shared calendar that includes all your exam periods. Your CSM will then ensure that a note is posted in your CORE systems to facilitate proper coordination.

I have confirmed that we currently do not have a way to disable the re-recording option. While on the submission page, students can re-record as many times as they like, with only the last recording being saved when the assignment is submitted.
We do not keep logs of previous video attempts, as only the final recording is stored with the assignment.
I believe our team has already responded to your question about multiple students recording videos simultaneously in another inquiry you submitted.
