Why are single user groups no longer create a group when a student is added?
Until recently when a single user group category was create and restricted to a section, a student changed sections they would be removed from their single user group for that section and a new one was created in the section they were added to.
We have had to do it this way because of the 200 group limit per category and now this is not working. they are removed from their old section but a new group is not created.
WHY???

It sounds like you want to enable the option for students to embed OneDrive files using the OneDrive Picker. To make this available, the OneDrive integration needs to be set up, and users need the appropriate permissions to upload files from OneDrive. Could you confirm if this is already enabled? If not, I recommend reaching out to your institution’s Admin Team to check whether this integration can be set up.

Hi @Trudy.H.857 - from the Statistics page you will find both a Question Stats tab and a Question Details tab with options to export the data. I have found this documentation helpful to explain what is available in each tab.

While it is not possible to verify whether a student has read instructor feedback, I can see that this functionality has already been requested as a new feature through Brightspace Community's Product Idea Exchange. In fact, this idea is currently under consideration, so I recommend you check it and vote it up:

Hi @Renee.J.194 ! The window of time that the BDS v.10 is currently scheduled to open will be in April 2025. From that time until your production update in August 2025 (4 month period), you will have time to incorporate the BDS changes as noted in the article: Motivations behind the changes in Data Hub Brightspace Data Set (BDS) Major Version 10.
This aligns with our change management process which now will incorporate an overlap of both the new and old data sets being available during the adoption period. This additional flexibility gives your teams time to review the changes and then adopt them at a time convenient to customers.
Hope that adds clarity to our next steps on the plan for BDS v.10!
