Got through the 500 error—the problem was that I was missing a Content-Disposition line. I would have loved for that to be reflected in the error message, or at least for the API documentation not to say that the problem was that submitted comments are too large. But this documentation was extremely helpful:

Quick eval glitch
We are having an issue where two administrators cannot see any courses in their Quick Eval filter or assignments that need to be graded. We also have a few teachers who cannot see assignments in quick eval that need grading.
When we put another instructor in the course they can see the courses in quick eval and the assignments that need to be marked.

We recommend raising a support case for the team to investigate and for further troubleshooting, meanwhile there is a recent known issue with the name sorting that has been fixed.

Hi @Michael.C.442 , that is the public roadmap and shows you what is coming. We have our internal roadmap where we prioritize items for the tool. When the item is ready and reaching its release date, it'll show up on the public roadmap.

The default is 2GB, but the default can be changed by your institution. I suggest you contact your Brightspace admin to inquire what your institution has it set to.

Has anyone hosted live events with their students (i.e trivia quizzes for socialisation purposes)?
I'm exploring the idea of hosting live events on our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) to enhance social interaction and engagement rather than focusing solely on assessing course content knowledge. I’m curious if others have experience with this or are implementing something similar. What platform or video conferencing software do you use? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Re: Update Org Defined ID in bulk
As you may be aware, you can update one Org Defined Id at a time in IPSIS Administration > D2L Standard CSV > User Sourced Id. To be able to bulk edit the Org Defined Id in IPSIS Administration, you will have to temporarily change the configuration for how users are uniquely identified from Org-defined ID to Username (see Step 4 in Map SIS role names to Brightspace roles.
You will then use the relevant version of D2L Standard CSV file format for Users to update the Org Defined Ids for existing users in bulk.
Once you have uploaded your CSV file for processing and confirmed that the batch has run successfully, change the configuration for how users are uniquely identified back to Org-defined ID.
