Quick eval glitch

We are having an issue where two administrators cannot see any courses in their Quick Eval filter or assignments that need to be graded. We also have a few teachers who cannot see assignments in quick eval that need grading.
When we put another instructor in the course they can see the courses in quick eval and the assignments that need to be marked.
