@Generic.A.750 That's normal behavior for a Course Media Gallery within a D2L course. The videos within a Gallery will never copy over to a different course because students can add videos to the Gallery and that's considered student data, which doesn't get copied from course to course.
View Enrollment eMails Sent by Brightspace
When sending emails as an individual user (e.g. instructor, designer, admin, etc.) you can check your sent history through the email tool (access through the top navbar). However, we also send emails that make user of the email templates. These include registration and enrollment emails such as those when learners get created and enrolled into courses. However, some of our learners don't seem to get those automated emails (not even in their junk folder).
Is there a way to view a list/history of sent mail from the automated/templates?

Jeffrey's method will allow you to add your declaration for when students submit by accessing the Assignments tool directly,
If you're using Classic content and use Existing Activities/Assignments to create a link to your assignment, it's a different interface, so you'll want to modify the text on that screen. Adding it to the end of Dropbox.Viewer.txtNoSubmissions is the best place I have found, but it ignores the formatting tags like [br] so it doesn't look as great as it might.
Homepage widget file confusion
I'm a new administrator here and I am trying to update a file called Academic Resources on our organization homepage that is in a Helpful Links widget. This same file is also in the course homepages. I've gone to the Public File Management and located the file and made the edits but it only updates in the course homepages not in the organization homepage. The Academic Resources file is only in one place in Public files that I can find and not in Organization files at all. I'm sure this isn't enough information but it's the best I can do. Any ideas?

when rolling over a test batch of modules in advance of our actual rollover, we noticed that the Kaltura media gallery within Brightspace was empty i.e. the content hadn't copied across
Have any other Kaltura/Brightspace integration users had any issues with video content copying across during rollover?
And if so how did you fix it?
The LT1 1.3 Advance integration looks fine and is applied to all models
We are following a pretty standard rollover approach i.e.
1. We create empty course shells for each module for the coming year by transferring information on the modules that will be running in the coming year from our Student Information System into Brightspace (IPSIS) .
2. We then create a csv file that copies content from the previous year's modules into the coming year's modules
3. This csv file is uploaded and processed using the Brightspace Copy Course Bulk - CCB - tool
