@Syed.Z.104 Thanks for your question. IPSIS does not have any mechanisms for updating Intelligent Agent settings. User's external email addresses can be updated via D2L Standard CSV but not IA settings. I would recommend submitting a PIE item regarding bulk IA configuration.

@Matt.C.408 Thanks for your question. D2L Standard CSV only allows for sending rostering information to Brightspace. It does not have any mechanisms for sending Grades back to your SIS. Other integration types like LIS and OneRoster allow for Grades Passback and custom grades passback solutions can be built using the Brightspace APIs.

How to stop new users getting "Password Reset" email via API
Using route: /d2l/api/lp/1.35/users/ with "SendCreationEmail" option set to false. Users do not get a "Welcome to brightspace" email, but they do get a password reset email. Very confusing when they just get a password reset email. How do I stop the password reset email.
I do not want ANY emails, users get notified of their new user account through other means.

Hopefully the following will help to point you in the right direction.
If want to connect from Power BI to the RESTful Valence API's using OAuth2 authentication, it appears you need to build a custom connector. Microsoft provide a GitHub Connector Sample covering how this could be achieved.
D2L Developer Platform documentation Setting up OAuth 2.0 authentication and other resources available here covers the Brightspace side for registering and connecting your application to Brightspace.
Using the PowerBI custom connector you need to:
- make the appropriate Data Hub API calls to request and download a ZIP file containing CSV files
- proces the datasets - unpack the ZIP file and process the CSV files therein
This following articles introduce using the Data Hub APIs to retrieve a Brightspace Data Set and gives a practical example using the process.
