Posting Announcement to Multiple Section
I am wanting to post an announcement about an event to all of the courses in my prefix. I have an "lead access" account but our D2L Admin is saying it is not possible.

Hi Michelle,
Additional options the student can try are:
- Check they're using a supported browser. They can do this using the System Check tool available at https://{your-brightspace-url}/d2l/systemCheck or
- Disable browser add-ons and/or extensions - thereafter access Brightspace
If the issue persists please open a support case with the D2L Support team for a deeper investigation.

Re: Quizzes/Assignments should not be scored after due date

Thank you for your question.
There is a feature currently in a development phase called Automatic Zero which will automatically score a zero to the student's activity grade item if they have not made a submission before the due date. Once the due date is appased they will receive a zero automatically.
Unfortunately at this time, I do not have an ETA on when the feature will be released.
I kindly request you to keep an eye out on the feature request>Auto Zeroing Grade After Due Date Has Passed (D3202), DirectLink: for the feature release information.

Bulk Create User Cannot Sent Email
I Have a problem when using Bulk Create, Some users didn't get the email verification.
If any possibility that I can set up this?
Usually using Bulk Create all normal, but right now we have a problem like this.

Yes, this can be accomplished by making the final grade calculate with a formula versus points or weighted.
I do not know if this is the most efficient formula, but it does appear to work.

Re: Does D2L provide Clients with Default HTML Templates for courses?

There are HTML Templates you can add to Brightspace which are for cut-and-pasting your text into the template. (see )
What you're describing sounds like a custom template I've seen before which was the basis for Creator+ which provides those features. However, in Creator+, this is done by selecting elements from a menu and not cut-and-pasting HTML Code.
