Bulk Create User Cannot Sent Email

I Have a problem when using Bulk Create, Some users didn't get the email verification.

If any possibility that I can set up this?

Usually using Bulk Create all normal, but right now we have a problem like this.

Please Help

    Have you selected Send Creation email when Bulk Creating user?

    I would recommend you to please open a support case with the details of the issue faced along with the affected users details and we can investigate the issue further.
