Re: Datahub - Brightspace Datasets
Hi,
I have accessed your organization's Data Hub and I can confirm User Logins Brightspace Data Sets. I have used D2L Support and the Super Administrator role to verify this.
You should be able to see both full Data Sets and Differential Data Sets.
Can you please clarify if the BDS are not visible to you? They are located at the end of the list.

Completion of training videos for compliance tracking
New Brightspace user, and my company is currently investigating how to track video completion as part of our onboarding process. Does anyone know of a way to have video playback to a certain percentage to count as automatic content completion?

Permissions to enable new feature Announcements – Copy announcements to other courses | New
I have reviewed our organization's roles and permissions. I cannot find the Announcements > Copy to Other Courses permission to use the new feature from the November 2023 release. Would someone be able to confirm if the feature is fully released and available or if I am looking in the wrong place? I also reviewed the Config variable browser and could not locate anything there that is related or could be stopping me from viewing the permission.
Re: Data Set that includes Cascading Enrollments?

Thank you for reaching us through the Brightspace community. Unfortunately, No - the Brightspace Data Sets do not currently include cascading enrollments - only explicit enrollments.
We did however develop the Advanced Data Set: Course Offering Enrollments which will pull both explicit and cascading enrollments into course offerings. It is very important NOT to run this ADS at the top of the org unit - but instead to set an Org Unit ID filter lower in the org structure as well as a short time frame to reduce the risk time outs. Pulling cascading enrollments is a resource-intensive effort - therefore the filters should be set to reduce the results as much as possible.

Course End Date Access
Does granting special access to students with dropbox items, discussions, or quizzes allow them to complete the assignments after a course end date has passed? Or is the only option to allow a student more time to complete their coursework is extend the actual end date of the course offering temporarily?
