How do we create a Fillable table question in D2L?

We previously moved from Blackboard to D2L. One of my Math professors ran into an issue creating a fillable table quiz question in D2L as he had always used in Blackboard. Where the student can enter the answers directly into the table.

Is this possible in D2L?

How do I begin a discussion? How can I find my class' discussions?

First time member here and currently I am feeling so confused. I have spent at least 45 minutes reading all of the FAQ's and I watches a video tutorial, reccomending I find "content" or "Discussion". When I select discussion, it appears all of the discussions are completelty unrelevant to me. Is D2L Brightspace Community open to the entire public? Or, is this open to Erie Community College Students only? (Erie community college is a SUNY community college located in WNY. If the answer is "yes, ECC only", then my next question would be; Is this discussion / question platform private to each specific class? Can someone please help me understand the sociology aspect behind D2L Brightspace Community? Thanks in advance!!

Self-Enrol in Groups

An instructor set up a group category with a self-enrolment type. When students click on the link to the category, they receive an error message stating the self-enrolment groups are not available. Has anyone experienced this issue before, and did you find a solution?

Again, the error you are receiving is indicating that you have an access token for one Brightspace and then are attempting to use that token with another Brightspace. This is not permitted. Since you say that your APIs work on devcop, but not on another LMS, I would suggest that what you're doing is getting an access token that is for the devcop Brightpace, and then attempting to use that token on the university Brightspace — you cannot do this.

You must get an access token intended for the university LMS, and this means that you must also involve a user that can log in to the university LMS in order to complete the three-legged Authorization Code workflow.

Is it possible to view enrolment date for all the users within a course offering? Having the enrollment date as part of the classlist would be very useful.

We can change the Issued date for an award / certificate using API call

PUT /d2l/api/bas/(version)/orgunits/(orgUnitId)/issued/(issuedId)

Update an issued award.
