Quiz Statistics - Question Pool Question Stats
Could someone please explain why the standard deviation, discrimination index, and point biserial data cannot be generated on quizzes that use a Question Pool? I understand that this is a known issue and that use of the insights portal can be used as an alternative, but I need assistance explaining it to an inquisitive instructor. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Other than having the students upload a zip file (and not grading it using the Brightspace tools) I can't think of a good option here.

In general, Microsoft native document formats are proprietary, so there always exists a non-zero chance that they will not convert to PDF and look exactly the same, or that they won't convert at all.
The recommended workaround for conversion fidelity issues is to use PDF files natively (eg. File > Save As > PDF (*.pdf) from Microsoft Office), or download the original document.
However, I would also like to suggest you open a support case so we can test/investigate the issue and other specific details.

Upload Video or Audio files in the Module not showing up in Manage Files Folder
Any idea why a video file that was uploaded using the 'Upload/Create" drop down > Video or Audio is not showing up in the Manage Files folder? if that's not the storage spot where is the file stored?
PIE - Assessments - Tests - Option to include student photo
Would it be possible to include the student's photo at the top of their test?
I don't always know my students by name and seeing their photo as I mark their test will help me remember who is struggling, doing well, etc. It would be a nice function to be able to turn on and off as desired.
Issues with Powerpoint view in New Content Experience
I have many faculty members who like to upload Powerpoint decks into the Content area. I already receive complaints that Powerpoint files turn into a PDF, but am now receiving complaints that the PDF is showing with text overlaid and out of place. Typically, I would direct faculty members to change to the "View as Page" mode, but the bottom of the PDF viewer is hidden - I can scroll the PDF itself, but am unable to scroll the page down to see the bottom of that viewer box where the "View as Page" option resides. Anyone experiencing something similar? Any work arounds?

Could you make the profile pictures bigger? They are so small it doesn't do a good job of allowing instructors to learn student's faces. Also, students who take a selfie often have to lower the quality to get it in the small file size requirement. There is no need to have it be that small anymore.
Export Levels of Achievement from Mastery View
There are options to export the traditional grades from the Grades tool, but I can't seem to locate a way to export the levels on standards from Mastery View. Is there an export option for Mastery? Is there an API we could harness to export ourselves if the option hasn't been built into the UI yet?
