Hi Julia,
You can achieve this workflow by using Intelligent Agents! You would need to set up 2 release conditions in the 'Criteria' section of the IA. One release condition would check if a user has completed 3 Quiz Attempts. The other one would check if the user has received a 100 on the quiz. If you set it so that the IA only sends an email if BOTH the conditions are met, then your desired workflow will be achieved.
The screenshot below shows an example on how the IA conditions would look like:

Standard Deviation, Discrimination Index and Point Biserial columns will show N/A if there is only one data point, that is only one user with a first attempt.
Point Biserial column for all question types but True/False and Multiple Choice Questions will show N/A.
Standard Deviation, Discrimination Index and Point Biserial columns will show N/A if they are Random Questions from a Question Pool.

JIT User Provisioning works... But only if users access the main page?
Our company just switched Identity Providers. We also enabled JIT User Provisioning so that user accounts are automatically created and updated.
To prepare for the switch, I updated the email addresses (the mapping field) of all our users so that it matched the correct email in our Identity Provider. I didn't bother updating any other fields (e.g. usernames), because they'd all auto update with JIT User Provisioning. Things are 90% great, except…
Sometimes if a user accesses a bookmarked course (e.g. https://company.brightspace.com/d2l/home/7157), they get an authorization error:
But if we direct them to the main homepage (e.g. https://company.brightspace.com/), the error resolves itself; they can login and use the previous URL.
Has anyone else with JIT encountered this problem?
Hiding Content from a Group & PPT
Hi,
I’m in the process of designing a course I have the following questions:
In my course, I’d like to limit the visibility of certain modules to specific groups of learners. Is it possible to have a variety of modules in a course, but restrict access of some of the modules/lessons to only a selected group of learners?
Doest Brightspace still converts PowerPoint presentation into a PDF doc?

Seeing responses (MC and open ended) on an Articulate file

This is a follow-up post. we are interested in using Articulate Storyline to create an interactive scene to assess Clinical reasoning. We intend to use branching logic and will have written response questions we will need to assess. Is there a recommended SCORM format to be able to generate a report to see these responses? (ex: SCORM 2004) We know how to get the reports, but we are not seeing any answer data in the report.
Can you remove the navigation buttons on one content object?
In a content object Storyline is inserted. Storyline has it's own "next" and it is confusing to have the bottom D2L navigation which takes the student out of storyline and not to the next storyline slide.
Quiz Statistics - Question Pool Question Stats
Could someone please explain why the standard deviation, discrimination index, and point biserial data cannot be generated on quizzes that use a Question Pool? I understand that this is a known issue and that use of the insights portal can be used as an alternative, but I need assistance explaining it to an inquisitive instructor. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
