Custom SQL not working

Hi,

I am facing difficulties with Analytics Builder Custom SQL.

I am asked by my rep to access and find a place to submit a Support Ticket, but is unable to find where to do it.

Can anyone assist to guide how can I submit a support ticket as I am unable to do any Data Modelling without the custom SQL feature in QuickSights.

If there are any custom SQL formats which is required, so let us know some examples so we can proceed with data modeling for Analytics Builder.

I haven't yet. I have 2 faculty reporting the issue and I have them both troubleshooting based on the suggestions on this thread. We've had some connectivity issues with internet services so I wanted to make sure that wasn't the issue.

Lock down browser - while reviewing test results

Is there a way to use Lock Down Browser while the students are allowed to vue their test results?

How do I adjust accordion heading colors for all pages?

We use the Brightspace HTML Template v3, and I would like to change the colors of the H2 and H3 headings on accordion elements for all pages. Am I on the right track thinking I need to update one (or more) of the CSS files in our Public Files (shared‎/HTML-Template-Library‎/HTML-Templates-V3‎ _assets‎/css)? I’ve had far more experience with HTML than CSS, so I’m making sure I start in the correct place. Plus, there are a few more CSS edits that I would like to make around that same time. (After any edits, I’ll try them out on the Test Site first to make sure I don’t break anything on our live site.)

If you have the Manage Courses permission, you can delete courses or templates individually or in bulk using the Courses tool. We recommend using this method, as the Course Management tool will be end-of-life in February 2026, and if your organization has lots of similarly named course offerings, Courses has helpful filters to let you ensure you're removing the right ones. Deleted courses and course templates are placed in the Recycle Bin in the Org Unit Editor, and can be easily restored or permanently removed from the Recycle Bin at a later date.

You can restore a course by following the steps in the Org Unit Editor documentation.

Re: Delete a course

Hi Elena!

First, you need to make sure that your user has the right permissions to delete course offerings.

If you do have permission, the easiest way to delete a course is to go into Org Unit Editor and then find the course offering you want to remove and click on it. Then you should be able to click "Move To Recycle Bin" button at the top of the page. The course offering will be moved into your instance recycle bin for 30-days and then it will be permanently deleted. 😁
