Re: Setting Up an Auditor User
Hi Alec,
How is the auditor accessing the auditor tool? Typically this is accessed via a widget on the main landing page or a link on the main navigation bar. It isn't through a course offering.
Auditors audit users. Auditors do not audit courses.
Best,
Andrea
Re: How do I adjust accordion heading colors for all pages?
@Annette.P.996 Are you referring to the accordion titles that are clicked on to open the panels? Those are h2 in the HTML but the rendered code actually turns those into buttons. You would need to edit this code with your own hex code for the new color in the styles.min.css file. (Or you can put this code in the custom.css file if you don't want to risk changing anything in the main CSS file.)
.accordion .card .card-title button {
color: #535054;
}

They should have read-only access to the assignment section.

Re: Cannot access my enrolements
Hi Peter,
Thank you for your question. This error seems to be related to the Brightspace permission to see enrollments.
Below is the documentation about the User Permissions where you can see more information about the "View User Enrollments" permission and others.
Thank you,
Tauany
Re: Accessing course enrollments through API calls
I may be way off the mark here, but the "my" type API calls tend to be used for things like widgets and refer to the authenticating user's scope.
If you are using OAuth with a service type account then "my" enrolments might not make a lot of sense in that context and you need to use one of the other API routes where you can specify the user whose enrolments you want?
Re: Accessing course enrollments through API calls
Hi Peter,
Thank you for your question. Are you receiving the status code 403? If so, this error could be related to the Brightspace permission to see enrollments.
Below is the documentation about the User Permissions where you can see more information about the "View User Enrollments" permission and others.
Thank you,

Re: Finding Language Packs
Hello @Justin.B.735
Thank you for reaching out to the Brightspace Community.
To acquire more language packs, please contact your CSM (Customer Success Manager) or TAM (Technical Account Manager) to acquire new Language Packs. However, once you have the pack you can refer to the following documentation to import them onto brightspace.

Re: One to many course sync
Hi Peter! I have also used something similar to this in Canvas - much like a master course scenario where your changes can implement down into template courses from the master course. I would LOVE it if D2L had this same feature. But from my experience, there is not an interface set up like this (yet) within Brightspace. I have yet to create a Master course where changes are made where I can pick and choose which courses those changes are then 'pushed to' or implemented in. I have only been told that D2L can have a 'master' shell of a course that can be copied or exported into another course. But from my experience, it doesn't work the same as BlueprintSync. Fingers crossed something similar gets developed soon! I will watch your post - fingers crossed there are others out there that have workarounds or best practices for this. 😊
Is there a way to make Exempt work with formulas?
Let's say I have two items in my grade book, A and B, each worth 10 points.
And I have a formula item, Total, with the following formula:
(([A.Points Received] + [B.Points Received]) / ([A.Max Points] + [B.Max Points])) * 100
And I have a student who scored 10/10 on item A, and is Exempt for item B.
I am finding that their score for Total is 50, when I would expect it to be 100.
Is there a way to respect Exempt items in a formula?
