Re: Media Library Videos/Audios and Courses Using Them
Hello Rim,
In the Media Objects data set, there is the ContentId field that is the unique content identifier.
In the Content Objects data set, there is the Location field that is the location of the content asset. The Content Objects data set also has the OrgUnitId field.
You will have to do some manipulation on the Location field of the Content Objects data set, but you can combine these two data sets to locate all the course org units that are using a media object from the Media Library.
Hope this helps.
Best,
Andrea
Re: Checklists
Hi @Jody.K.1869 ,
Thanks for connecting with the Brightspace Community. I'm sharing some documentation for creating and copying checklists.
@Lynda.W.602 , thanks for your question also! You can set release conditions on checklist items. Please take a peek at the documentation for a step by step workflow.
Re: Can I have API account working on devcop.brightspace.com?
I asked a similar question about this a few days ago. A D2L Admin said that this instance is being deprecated and is in it's final phases and they are not making the login details public, unfortunately. They redirected me to working with the partners team for my development purposes and after filling out the enrollment paperwork, they are setting me up with my own development instance of Brightspace. I suggest sending an email to partners@d2l.com. A lady, Andrea has been working with me and is absolutely wonderful. Best of luck!

Re: How can I create a hyperlink at the start of a html content page to another part of the page?
@Kim Hwee.S.136 You'll need to add an id to the element that you want the link to go to further down the page. For example:
<h2 id="part2">Part 2</h2>
Then just use # and the id for the URL in the link.
<a href="#part2">Go to Part 2</a>
Re: Multiple evaluators
Hi Sue,
At the moment the save as draft approach is really the only option.
Please see the following Blog post on the forthcoming Advanced Assessment features for Assignments which includes the functionality you are requesting (and a whole lot more!).
This functionality is available in your institutions Test/Dev environment as of the May 20.24.05 release. The functionality is set to be released to all client production environments in August 20.24.08 release.
Hope that helps!
Re: Formatting lost when copying over from the HTML templates
@Darvish.H.7175 Hi Darvish, did you apply a template to the page before pasting to it? It needs to have the correct code for the CSS styles to work.
Re: Bulk Edit Org Units?
Hi Francis. I think that something like this was being developed for IPSIS. Is that how you create course offerings? It might be worth reaching out to your Customer Success Manager to find out if that functionality is being rolled out, and how you get access to it.
Re: Bulk Unenroll from Sections/Groups
Hello @Jason.Henslee8567
If you use Org Unit Id in Bulk User Unenrol that should help in case of the same orgunit codes.
Steps: go to Admin Tools> Form Elements> search for Bulk User Unenroll
Select Org Unit Id in place of Org Unit Code.
Next, go back to Users>Bulk User Management> and download Bulk Unenrol Template, and either with Username or Orgdefined Id( whatever you are currently using) add Org Unit Id in place of Org Unit Code
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks
Priyanka
Re: Possible to restrict who can see specific modules?
Hello @Kay.H.645
I would suggest that you consider 2 possible options.
1) You can create multiple sections in the course and assign one group to one section and the other to the second.
You can test in the sandbox if changes in one section's content will affect the other, but to the best of our knowledge, it should not happen.
2) You can create different release conditions for the first two modules by making them visible only after passing some quizzes, which may be different for the two groups. The remaining modules may be bound by release conditions to the first two.
