Re: Bug - Gradebook giving incorrect grades for Quizzes?
@Jason Kenji.H.6718 I'm not sure why that happened, but you should be able to clear out those scores and get the correct ones to sync to the grade book. Go back to the list of quizzes, click the down arrow by the title, and choose Grade. Then select all the students and click Retract Feedback. That will clear out the scores in the grade item. Then select all students again and click Publish to send the scores to the grade book again.

Re: Is there any user analytics tool that can be installed on brightspace?
We can connect to a variety of third-party analytics tools like Google Analytics and etc. Here is a page that links to various partners that assist with analytic data you mentioned above.
Re: How they encourage creativity
Hi Edwin,
This is a really great topic of discussion! This is meant to be a forum for Brightspace specifically and how to use Brightspace in different ways. I don't think we can provide much direction for overall creative leadership skills. I wish you luck on your hunt, there are a lot of really great resources out there!
Re: Have only 6 out of 11 grade items count towards a grade
Using a category with the 11 items and dropping the lowest 5 is what I would do based on what you said that you wanted. It's the simplest way to address your goal, at least in my opinion. As with many things in Brightspace, there are multiple ways to accomplish the same thing, the difference between them is always: How much work do you want to put into it? Sometimes the easiest solution isn't perfect for what you need, and the additional work is warranted. So, it's up to you to decide if just using a category and dropping lowest 5 is good enough for what you are trying to do.
Sorry I can't give you an emphatic "yes, that is the best way forward" 😅, but I hope all this information is helpful for you to decide the best path for your course.

How do you duplicate a module in the same course?
Re: Wiki Needed
Hi, @Elisabeth.G.1787.
If you teach at an institution that has tied itself to Microsoft products (as opposed to Google ones), you might ask your local Brightspace admin if they'd help you try the Microsoft OneNote Class Notebook integration. OneNote Class Notebook is absolutely not a wiki, but it does provide an online space for student collaboration. Maybe it will suit some of your goals, and at the very least, if you're at an Office 365 institution, neither OneNote Class Notebook nor its integration with Brightspace will require an additional purchase.

Re: Sharing documents
Hi @Arman.V.176 ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Brightspace Community. Yes it appears that with the OneDrive LTI, you can embed files, but there are some limitations. Please see the PIE item here. I haven't been able to test in my site, maybe someone else can confirm?

Re: Have only 6 out of 11 grade items count towards a grade
You will want to utilize a Grade Category and use the Drop the lowest grade feature. In your case, you can set it to drop the lowest 5 items. This may look a bit weird, but it should make sense on the student end. Grade the items like normal, but then enter 0s for the ones that the students don't complete (or use the Treat Ungraded Items as 0 in the Grades setting), then only the best 6 will be graded. In the case of the student completing only 4 that you mentioned, they will have 4 graded, 2 with 0s that will count towards their final grade, and 5 also with 0s that will be dropped.
I hope that helps!
