Export Automated Question Feedback
In exporting quiz questions to an Excel or CSV file, is it possible to also export the automated feedback that accompanies each question?
How can I export quiz questions and automated feedback before students have taken a quiz?

Unfortunately, when exporting the Quiz questions through the Quizzes > Statistics area the files produced do not include question feedback.
For the question text and the automated feedback configured for each question, you'll need to use the Questions data sets available from the Data Hub.
Depending on your Brightspace user role you may not have the required permissions to access the Data Hub. If this is the case you will need to connect with your insitiutions Brightspace Administration team and request they provide the relevant data for the course offering(s) you are responsible for.

I agree with the comment above.
The Quizzes > Statistics export is intended for quiz statistics results data, and the exported files do not include the question feedback configured for each question.
To retrieve the question text and automated feedback before students have taken the quiz, the recommended option is to use the Questions data sets available through Data Hub. In particular, the Question Library and Question Answers data sets may contain the relevant question and feedback information.
