Any ideas on how to email >3000 recipients?
Hi. We have several course offerings (and other org unit types) with more than 3.000 participants (the max. limit for the BCC email field), which means we cannot email them, which we would like to.
Does anyone else have this challenge, and how are you working around it?
Work arounds or ideas for work arounds will be much appreciated.

Hopefully others will weigh in with their suggestions, but one option I'm thinking of would be to create sections within that Course Offering (Groups would also work) and break your users up into smaller chunks.
Once that's done, and you select the 'Email Classlist' option, you can filter down by section and repeat the email as needed.

Thank you @Stephen.R.50 Yes, I have considered using sections, and it is probably the only way to go. I just wanted to makes sure that we did not miss out on something clever that required less work ;-)

Hello @Birgitte.B.96. Yes, that is correct. An Intelligent Agent can function for that many users. Just keep in mind that the larger the list of people the longer it will take to run.
