Class Progress: System Access
I have an instructor with a student who has completed very little of his class in Class Progress:
When the instructor views System Access, this is what it reads:
Why does the System Access say he's never visited? Isn't the term "system" mean all of the learning platform?

I might suggest that you open a case with our Support team in order to receive confirmation, but what I believe is likely happening here is the learner in question is not accessing the main organization homepage, which reports as a 'system access' (since it's mapped to directly accessing an org unit, but in this case it's the top of the organization itself).
The learner may be clicking a link in a notification or instructor email which prompts them to log in, however directing them immediately into the Course Offering and bypassing the org home which would trigger the visit in System Access.
Besides confirming with Support, you could also check your System Access Log or User Logins Brightspace Dataset for a complete breakdown of their interaction with the system.
